I have too many ideas. Probably you do too.

As I coach my clients through their program creation, I often remind them that it should be something unique that challenges what is the status quo and it should also be something that is what their ideal client is wanting or needing at that moment.

One of the keys is to be different and unique and by creating a simple methodology or framework this differentiate from the rest and help helps you stay in alignment to a beautiful transformation.

"Charge less, it's more spiritual." 
 
I spent years believing this. And I want to talk about it, because it's one of the most damaging things quietly running through the wellness industry right now. 
 
The guilt around charging what you're worth doesn't show up as guilt. It shows up as "alignment." It shows up as "I just want to make it accessible." It shows up as "I don't do this for the money." 
 
It's underpricing. With a yoga mat under it. 
 
Here's the truth: you spent years — maybe decades — becoming really, really good at what you do. You've changed lives. You've held space through some of the hardest moments people have ever experienced. You've invested thousands in your training, your certifications, your continuing education. 
 
And you're still second-guessing whether to raise your rate by $10. 
 
That's not humble. That's self-abandonment dressed up as virtue. 
 
Charging what you're worth is not the opposite of service. It IS the service. Because a burned out, financially stressed, overextended teacher cannot show up fully for anyone. 
 
The most impactful people I know in this industry are also the ones who stopped apologizing for being paid well. 
 
Save this for the next time someone tells you money isn't spiritual.
