Another clip from my MMA Gym Sales Training last weekend! This was Jessica’s first time using our phone script - and she did great! She was clear, had great tonality, and kept control of the conversation. There was one thing she could had done better… what do you guys think it was?

For having only practiced the script for 30 min and then doing it in front of the class - and the camera - this was phenomenal! I had to cut the video short to make it fit as a reel under 3 min - but if you want the entire script - with explanation - please click on the link in my bio. I’m giving it away for free. And yes, I teach how to handle every question, curve ball, etc.

Small clip from my MMA Sales Training Bootcamp last weekend… I think most businesses drop the ball when something bad happens to a customer. They think breaking even is giving them what they wanted without anything extra for the inconvenience. I think customer mishaps are a great opportunity to show what your customer service and values are about by overdelivering on their expectations. What do you guys think? Follow this page for more!
