Whoā€™s got em? We got a lot! We love reading and I love buying books but hereā€™s the thing about childrens booksā€¦they grow out of them! Yes it is true. Just like those favorite pair of jeans that we canā€™t fit anymore the same goes for some books. Routinely going through your childā€™s book shelf is a great way to declutter. But donā€™t just toss the old books. Unless they are completely ripped up and whatnot they can be given new life. Thereā€™s a lot of kids who donā€™t have access to books. So next time you decide to clean out your books make sure to donate them to your local church, library, or non profit.

Letā€™s talk about em. We all have one ā€¦ or a few (I do) but they arenā€™t necessarily filled with junk. We just use them a lot. Sometimes for keys and sun glasses, sometimes as a place holder for things in transition, and then sometimes just for junk lol. But honestly thatā€™s the beauty of the ā€œjunkā€ drawer, itā€™s multifunctional and I love multifunctional! My drawer was looking a little rough and it needed a once over. Swipe to see

Remember to always try to reduce, reuse, recycle! Reusing is something I do a lot when I organize. I reuse cardboard boxes for storage, shoe boxes as drawer organizers and old bins for more organizing. It doesnā€™t always have to aesthetic to be functional. Thereā€™s many ways while organizing that you can help the earth as well. Just gotta think outside the box!
