If I could go back and sit across from her…
18 years old. Fresh out of high school...barely.
Trying to figure out life with more questions than answers…

Friend, I wouldn’t even start with advice.
I’d start with a hug.

Because what she really needed wasn’t a plan…
She needed to know she was going to be okay.

She didn’t know what she was going to do with her life.
Didn’t know she would become a mother.
Didn’t know she would become an entrepreneur.
Didn’t know she would become a doctor.
Didn’t know she would help thousands of people.

She didn’t know that the very thing she thought was her flaw…
was actually her gift.

Back then, she used to say she was “manipulative.”
But what she really had was vision.
She could look at something and figure it out.
Take it apart.
Put it back together.
Make it work.

She just didn’t have the language for it yet.

Now?
That same gift has a name.

It’s strategy!

And it’s the reason people trust me to take what’s in their head…
and put it in their hands.

Wow! Me, the girl who flunked out of 9th grade...

If I could go back, I’d tell her this:

You are not lost.
You are not behind.
You are not too much.
And you are definitely worthy.

Everything you’ve been through…
every wrong turn…
every moment you questioned yourself…

It’s all working.

“All things work together for the good of those that love the Lord…”

Even the parts that didn’t look good at the time.

I’d tell her—
You don’t see it now…but later, one day you will (John 13:7).

And when you do?

You’re going to walk in rooms you never imagined.
Build things you never dreamed of.
And help people change their entire lives.

Not because you had it all figured out…
But because you didn’t give up.

Or better yet…because God never took His hands off you.

So if you’re in a season where you’re still trying to figure it out…

Hear me clearly:

It’s going to be alright.

Actually...it’s going to be more than alright.

It’s going to be amazing.❤️
