📢 Important Update

Due to the cancellation of the visit of Italy’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, to the United States, the Italy–U.S. Business and Scientific Forum scheduled to take place in Miami on Monday, June 22, will no longer be held.

The Forum, organized by the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was planned within the framework of the Minister’s official visit and related institutional activities.

The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide updates regarding future bilateral economic partnership initiatives between Italy and the United States.

The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast looks forward to continuing to support opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and business development between the Italian and American business communities and will keep its members informed of future initiatives.

A trade mission organized by Promos Italia and the Italy America Chamber of Commerce Southeast concluded today with a networking breakfast at the Rimadesio showroom in Miami.

Our Chamber of Commerce provided assistance to four companies from Lombardy region, two from the food sector and two from the furniture sector, creating a very successful program of 36 business meetings with importers and distributors in the Miami area.

At this morning’s networking breakfast, in addition to the companies participating in the mission, representatives of the IACCSE Board and IACCSE member companies were invited for an exchange of information and insights on the Florida market.

The collaboration with Regione Lombardia and Promos Italia continues next week, when an institutional delegation from Regione Lombardia, led by Region Governor Attilio Fontana, will be received at the Chamber’s offices.

Genoa, one of Italy’s most internationally-oriented cities, hosted the 35th World Convention of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad from June 13 to 15, organized by the Camera di Commercio di Genova and Assocamerestero

200 delegates from over 60 countries, representing more than 80 Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, gathered to discuss the future of international trade and new opportunities for Italian businesses through the global network of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad.

Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad represent a network of business organizations deeply rooted in their local markets, serving as valuable “antennas” for the Italian economic system around the world and offering significant untapped potential to support the international growth of Italian companies.

The Convention was also useful to engage with key stakeholders of the Italian economic ecosystem, including fair organizations, business consortia, internationalization agencies, and institutional partners. The final day, June 15, was dedicated to meetings with companies from Liguria region.

Representing the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast were President Graziano Sbroggio and Executive Director Nevio Boccanera.

We are also pleased to share that, during the Convention, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast was among the winners of a special grant through an Assocamerestero fund to support the development of innovative projects. IACCSE project focus on supporting Italian tech companies in emerging in the U.S. market.

On June 4, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE), in collaboration with KPMG, hosted a Business Breakfast in Atlanta focused on Tariff Mitigation Strategies and IEEPA Duty Refunds.
The event brought together several Chamber’s members to discuss the latest developments in U.S. trade policy, explore practical strategies for navigating the evolving tariff landscape, and exchange insights on the impact of these changes on international business operations.

The Marche Chamber of Commerce, the fifth-largest chamber entity in Italy and the first in terms of geographic coverage, supports the system of nearly 200,000 businesses in the Marche region and the economic development of the territory.

🇮🇹🇺🇸On June 2, Italy’s Republic Day was celebrated in Duluth, Georgia.

The evening, organized by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) and the Gwinnett Chamber, in collaboration with the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Atlanta, brought together business leaders, members of the Italian-American community, and friends of Italy.

The event provided an opportunity to celebrate the values and history of the Italian Republic while strengthening the economic ties that unite Italy and Georgia.
