I want to help people to find winning solutions to their problems, and I'm pretty good at it. One of my strengths is looking not just into the "technology solution", but also identifying additional features, requirements and process changes that could help to solve the problems. Usually, it turns out to be a blended solution. I always offer a few hours of discussion for free to my new clients, and an initial deliverable of a kind of "Discovery and Definition" phase of work, with an estimate. From there, they can choose whether they think my services are worth moving forward on. It's a win-win for most clients.
