Our Central Support Office had some very special visitors!

Students from The Greater Dayton School, part of our non-profit arm, Kids & Community Partners, stopped by to hand out Core Value Cards and meet our associates.

Seeing our associates connect with GDS students was a great reminder of the purpose behind our work and the impact we get to be part of every day.

Summer is the busiest season in our business.

It takes focus, urgency and teamwork to deliver for our residents during crunch time. But even in the middle of the push, we make time to step away, connect and have some fun!

Across our markets, teams came together for summer outings filled with go-karts, games, time on the water and plenty of friendly competition. It was a chance to celebrate hard work and enjoy time with the people who make the work easier and the grind worth it.

Now it’s back to work!

A new school year is underway at The Greater Dayton School! 📚

GDS is Ohio’s first private, nonreligious school created specifically for under-resourced students. The school is funded through our nonprofit arm, Kids & Community Partners.

Huddles, drills, leadership lessons and a chance to learn from Vanderbilt University Men’s Basketball! 🏀

Connor Kids Academy is part of our non-profit arm, Kids & Community Partners. It recently expanded its summer camp program to Nashville, where kids spent time with Vanderbilt players, coaches and guest speakers.

Each summer, we partner with college basketball teams in markets where The Connor Group operates to help boys build healthy habits that go beyond the court. This year, Nashville joined the lineup.

We love this chance to invest in the next generation!
