Section 3 - PERSONAL USE – No more than TWO flowering plants in a home regardless of how many adults (21+) rieside. May be shared but not sold with others. Localities may permit more than two with special permit and IMPOSE A FEE (undefined fee!)

Section 6 - Legislature MAY establish tax.
Section 7 – IF legislature requires licensing it will establish the MICHIGAN CANNABIS CONTROL BOARD**The BOARD MEMBERS will be compensated $30,000 salaries and WILL MAKE UP THE RULES AFTER THE BILL PASSES!

Section 3 – A consumer shall not be subject to arrest for…12 or fewer plants 12” or over / any number of plants under 12” + the ma*****na derived from those plants. Not available for sale (d) May transfer up to 2.5 OZ “without remuneration to a consumer”
Section 6. establishment to a consumer sales are subject to an excise tax of 10%, paid by the consumer and collected by the ma*****na establishment. The legislature may reduce this rate but may not increase it
Section 11 - Fees for application not to exceed $5000, Fees for renewal not to exceed $500 unless the locality determines that a greater fee is necessary to administer this act.
NO MAXIMUM FEES LISTED FOR LICENSING
