My wife asks why I run firewood deliveries instead of the guys. I love that Dundee is part of the community. Our clients become friends and we see return clients year after year so it gives me a chance to catch up, talk about kids share stories and sometimes I’m greeted with Polish B**r, which is pretty cool!

For reference this picture is a cord and a half, or one excursion.

Maryland requires firewood to be sold by the cord or fraction of a cord from a properly licensed seller.

Don’t get tricked by the trailer.
Length × Width × Height = Volume.

1 cord = 128 cu. ft. stacked
≈ 180 cu. ft. loose/thrown

Seasoned firewood is generally 20% moisture or less, not sprinkled with old bay.

A reputable supplier will let you see the wood at their yard and test if desired prior to delivery.

Loose volume is approximate; the legal cord measurement is 128 cu. ft. ranked and well stowed.
