Middleborough Business Resource Center is a division of the Middleborough Office of Economic and Community Development.

MBRC serves Middleborough-based businesses as well as individuals planning on starting a business or moving a business into town. The Middleborough Business Resource Center offers information and access to federal, state, regional and local business resources, financial incentive programs, workforce development opportunities, and business education programs. We also refer business owners and entre

preneurs to hand- selected skillful professionals to help with various needs throughout multiple disciplines. Our primary goal is to help businesses be more successful.

Meet Marc Cote

Marc Cote is an entrepreneur and a business-focused executive coach who is part of the FocalPoint Coaching team. Business and entrepreneurship run deeply through Marc’s veins.

The son of a second-generation business owner, Marc’s mission is to help businesses succeed. For companies starting up or relocating and who are affiliated with MBRC, Marc’s knowledge and experience will help point business owners in the right direction. Prior to his work with FocalPoint, Marc was a co-founder of Accellient Partners, a drug development firm, and of venture-backed biotech company Synchroneuron where he helped raise over $25 million. In addition, he helped launch Ternus Pharma, a start-up pharma company, and helped grow Aptuit’s life science consulting group, where he oversaw operating, financial and business development. Marc’s resume includes working with Dunkin’ Brands and Ernst & Young in their Entrepreneurial Services Group.

Marc is a summa cm laude graduate of Bentley University. He is the Chapter Chair of Boston’s FENG (Financial Executives Network Group) and a member of the Boston Harbor Angels. Inc. He also serves as a member of the Forum Advisor Group of MassBio in Cambridge.

Marc provides coaching and training programs to help business owners improve their effectiveness, help their employees reach their fullest potential, and improve business performance. Meet Christine Bruno

Christine Bruno, CPA is the founder and principal of Bruno P.C., a certified public accounting firm located in Plymouth Massachusetts. She has worked in the accounting industry for over 25 years and has advanced expertise in working with businesses in the real estate and homeowners’ association industries.
