Our goal is to share information about wines and the wine industry while providing an enjoyable product. We offer both dry red and white wines, in addition provide off-dry to sweet fruit wines. Founded in 2010, we quickly outgrew our previous location and wanted to focus on what our guests wanted. A place with a view, a relaxing outdoor space, and a community with common interests. Now located in
the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Augusta County is home to Above Ground Winery. We planted 7 acres of vinifera grapes in 2016 along with raspberries and elderberries that round out our fruit production with the apple orchard on the property. Our focus is on estate-grown wine. Our intimate tasting room is big on hospitality. We want to give you more than you expect on your visit. We want you to enjoy a carefree wine tasting experience. 21+ only. No bus access.
