Melanie here, checking in with a harvest update. We officially started the 2026 harvest this weekend with some beautiful Albariño from Greenstone Vineyard. This is my 12th vintage here at Cana and I’ve been fortunate to work with this fruit every year. It may be a smaller vintage after the April freeze, but it’s going to be lovely. Stay tuned, more fruit on the way in later this week!

Happy International Albariño Day! Albariño is a rising star in Loudoun, and our winemaker Melanie Natoli has crafted two spectacular styles, available now.

✨️25 Albariño- refreshing with ripe stone fruit, bright mandarin, and green apple. Double Gold 🏅and 96 Points at the International Women's Wine Competition!

✨️23 Albariño Reserve- aged sur lie for 15 months, showing round and ripe peach, orange blossom, and candied peel. Albariño Reserve is a special project honoring our decade-long partnership with grower Greenstone in Leesburg.

We love Albariño every day, but we'll raise a special glass today. 🥂 Cheers to one of our favorite grapes!
