We highly recommend and often work alongside our partners at Senior Outpatient Services!

Traditional Home Health tends to have some limitations on how long they can see a patient, and some home health agencies are unable to accept certain insurance plans.

THIS IS WHERE WE CAN HELP!

We accept most insurances plans and have less restrictions than tradition home care. Let us bridge the gap and help you or your loved one get to the next level in your recover and/or safety.

❤️ THANK YOU, MIDDLEBURY! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to the entire Middlebury community for helping make our most recent heart screening such a success.

Thank you to Middlebury Community Schools for welcoming us, to our amazing volunteers, nurses, and ECHO technicians, and to Firefly Home Care LLC for your support. A special thank you as well for the dinner that was provided — it was very much appreciated during a busy and full screening!

Most importantly, thank you to the parents and families who took time out of their busy schedules to bring their children in. Trusting our mission with your child’s heart health means more to us than words can express.

We are truly humbled by the turnout and the continued support from this community. Every screening matters. Every heart matters. ❤️

Please share to help us reach others who may be able to help.

We are asking our community to come together to support one of our Firefly office staff members who recently lost everything in a devastating house fire. Thankfully, the family was not home at the time of the fire and everyone is safe, but the fire destroyed their home and all of their belongings.

They were renting and unfortunately did not have renters insurance, so everything they owned will need to be replaced.

The family is currently staying in temporary housing provided by the Red Cross until Sunday and urgently need clothing for the kids.

Current clothing needs:
• Oldest girl – Juniors size 13
• Girl – Size 8 (girls)
• Boy – Size 7/8

She is also expecting a baby in just 4 weeks, so baby items will be needed soon as well. Once they move into more permanent housing (hopefully soon), they will need help replacing household items to rebuild their home.

If you would like to help financially, donations can be sent via Venmo: -Prater
(For verification, the last 4 digits are 2395.)

You can also help by providing meals or sending financial support through the Meal Train:

If you have larger items you would like to donate but don’t have a place to store them until the family is ready, please reach out as we may be able to help coordinate storage.

This has been incredibly devastating for their family, especially with a new baby arriving very soon. Any help—big or small—would mean so much as they begin the process of rebuilding.

Thank you for helping support this family during such a difficult time. ❤️

Supporting Karly & Her Family On Monday, Karly and her family experienced a house fire that has left their home uninhabitable. Right now they are working through many challenges. If you are able, please consider signing up to bring a meal or send support. Any help means so much! Thank you for suppor...

🚨 **Heart Screening Sign-Up is LIVE!** 🚨

We’re excited to announce that another heart screening is coming to MIddlebury Middlebury Community Schools on March 12, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 PM in the NMS Fieldhouse.

Spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to register to secure your appointment.

If you’re asking yourself, “Does my child really need to be screened?” the answer is yes! Cardiac abnormalities do not discriminate and are more common than many people realize. Statistically, there is one student per grade with a cardiac abnormality that could potentially lead to a life-threatening event. Screenings are recommended every two years, as conditions can develop or change over time. This is not something that is often caught at a regular physical.

We are incredibly fortunate to have the Zac Mago Foundation providing these life-saving screenings locally. The foundation operates entirely on donations, so please consider contributing to help keep these important services available to our community.
If you or your business would like to sponsor the event, we would love your support. We are also seeking donations to provide dinner for our volunteers that evening, please reach out if you’re interested in contributing. If you sponsor, let us know so we can ensure your company is properly recognized. Every contribution big or small helps keep our kids safe. ❤️
