We are aware that we have areas down and we are working on it but these storms make it hard to give an exact ETA. You are welcome to call 731-472-2012 and I will make a list and we will get you fixed as soon as possible and also credit you for days you are without service.
However, I am getting a lot of calls so please be patient with me. Also, be aware that if you call cussing and screaming at me I will politely hang up on you. I know being without service is a pain but there is no need to be a jerk as some of you have been and I will NOT tolerate it PERIOD!! We are doing the best we can and we appreciate your business. So, 0230 this morning finishing up a nightmare repair. Storms, power outages, 36VAC, brand new generator won't run, 2nd won't either. Finally a generator running, the power comes on and I can't get to it. Sigh... Get to finish programming and a mandatory Windows update. SMH

Both our WMOD and Hornsby tower are down due to damage to the WMOD tower. I apologize for the inconvenience this is and will cause.
