We have received multiple reports that the Postal Service is returning some or all of our mail to sender as "No Mail Receptacle" We are working with the USPS to resolve this ASAP. Payments can be made on our website under eastcoastwifi.net click on payments until we have this resolved.

We are monitoring things closely but we are cautiously optimistic that the customers affected by our fiber outage due to a fire should be back and up running.

We are closer to restoring service caused by fiber disruption to our Wye Mills facilities but have run into some complications. We anticipate having service back on sometime Wednesday but we are waiting for our fiber vendor to fix our new fiber circuit and need to make some final adjustments to our wireless infrastructure. This process is incredibly frustrating for us as a provider and incredibly inconvenient for you our customers. We appreciate your understanding while we work as quickly as safely possible for a complete resolution.

Monday morning our fiber facilities were damaged from a catastrophic fire in Wye Mills. This has caused a widespread outage in the areas surrounding Wye Mills and Rock Hall. We have plan to resolve this by 8am Wednesday.

Due to storm damage we have an outage in the Bucktown and Elliott Island areas. We hope to have resolution some time tomorrow, Sunday, September 10. We apologize for the inconvenience.
