People ask me all the time why I'm not interested in scaling faster.

Why I cap at 4 new clients a month and why I'm not running a 20-person agency or selling a $97 version of my brain.

Honestly? Two main reasons.

1️⃣ When I work with you, I immerse myself in your reality. Your numbers, your offers, the way you talk about your business both before and after a couple of margs, letting down your guard. 🍹

That's where the good work happens, and you can't do it at scale.

2️⃣ There's an unsexy 90% you don't see (swipe through 👆). On any given week, it's:
✔ Networking
✔ Tools & process testing
✔ Research... and so much more

I'd rather be the best possible partner for 4 than passable for 40. This is the work I love to do.

If you're tired of trying to keep up with it all yourself, know that you don't have to.

My superpower is connecting people & information, finding patterns, and thinking outside the box.

🫠 The market shifted. You did too.

But...has your messaging and positioning?

Consumer Sentiment is sitting at 48.2... it's lowest yet. Below COVID. Below the Great Recession. CPI is at 3.8%.

Your buyer is not the same person she was two years ago, and the way she's making decisions reflects that.

You aren't either.

These things matter a LOT when it comes to resonating with your buyers.

So while everyone else is over there rewriting funnels and A/B testing headlines, the founders who come out of this cycle ahead are asking a different question:

It’s wild how much easier it is to market everyone else’s business than your own.

I love helping others grow their businesses, but mine? I'd rather hide in a hole.

When it’s you, you’re too close to it and you become your own worst critic.. Every decision feels personal, and suddenly doing the things you know you need to...you find excuses to get out of them 😆

Well, this is the year of be brave, shoot your shot, and invest in yourself - mind, body, business, and spirit. 💪

This shoot was my way of practicing what I preach: stepping back, choosing brave over “I’ll do it when…”, and letting myself be seen in this next chapter of my work, because it's worth sharing dang it!

And after this shoot... my new challenge is actually *sharing* and using these amazing photos.

If you’ve been stuck in your own head about a shift in your business or how to talk about what you do, you’re not alone. The hardest part is often getting out of your own echo chamber.

does anyone else secretly hate networking?

I swear every client I work with does.

We all go into it thinking: “I just need to meet the right person.”

Like it’s one coffee, one DM, one event… and boom, ideal client unlocked.

Sure, that can happen.

But let’s be honest… it usually doesn’t.

What actually happens instead?

It’s way less immediate.

It’s: one conversation → that leads to another → that turns into a loose connection → that reconnects months later → that introduces you to someone else → that finally turns into the right opportunity for you... and even for someone else.

It’s a snowball. Not a lightning strike.

And if you quit early, you never see it build.

This is part 1 of a story I’ve been watching unfold for almost a year…

Because last night at 8:30pm, it all clicked in a way that honestly made me pause.

I’ll share exactly what happened (and why it matters for your marketing) in part 2.

Lately, I keep hearing the same thing from founders:
“Everything feels different… but I’m still running things the same way.”

The energy’s shifted.
Your customers have changed.
You’ve changed.

But the old playbook doesn’t quite fit anymore, and you're not longer okay with the status quo.

So, I'm calling you to pause, take stock, and ask: "what actually works for me now and in the next?"

These are the conversations I’ve been having a lot lately.
