We are proud to announce that yesterday we received notification that we have been awarded $264,559.04 from the Assistance to Firefighters Grants program to replace our SCBAs. This is very exciting news and an enormous help to our capital budget and long range planning. We are not yet ready to place an order and are working to review some other vendors before that decision is made. More information will follow on this as it becomes available.

This evening members participated in the annual pump testing of the pumper-tanker and the new engine.
This also gave pump operators a chance to practice drafting. Thank you to Londonderry Fire Department and Middletown Fire Department for coming out.
