Truster Cattle Company has some new items from our Circle T Meats line available!

New retail offerings for the week, our Circle T ground beef is Angus this week, both ground chuck and ground round is 85/15, processed, ground and packaged in our plant.

This is ground beef from primal cuts, not trimmings & fine grind...
That means it is good stuff!

Chicken boxes are frozen skinless boneless FILETS, 20 # BOX. There is a limited quantity of these and when they're gone they're gone!

We'll see what deals we can round up for next week..... stay tuned for next week's listings!

Earlier this month, Mike and I attended the Ohio Association of Meat Processors convention in Columbus. I entered my original recipe Bratwurst in the OAMP Product Competition. The Product Competition looks at external appearance, internal appearance and texture, aroma, and flavor and texture.

My Bratwurst won Reserve Grand Champion in the mild sausage division!
