The Summit Aviation family is deeply saddened by the passing of our friend and colleague, Joe Shafer.

As an avionics supervisor, Joe drew on the expertise he gained in the U.S. Air Force to guide and support those around him. Beyond being a valued member of our team, he was a kind, genuine and caring person. He was a joy to know and work with and will be deeply missed.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Paula, his children and all who knew and loved him.
