Hey Guys!

I hope everyone is doing well and that your business is keeping you busy.

I get asked about classes on a fairly regular basis and if I know when Joey Pickett will be teaching classes in this area. I found out that Joey is having some classes in Lexington/Nicholasville, KY in December that you may want to attend.

WRT (Water Damage) will be held December 3-5th. Cost is $450.00 for 1 or $400.00 each for 2 or more from the same company. The IICRC exam fee is $80.00 and will be paid to the IICRC.

CCT (Carpet Cleaning) will be held December 10-11th. Cost is 3450.00 for 1 or $300.00 each for 2 or more from the same company. The IICRC exam fee is $80.00 and will be paid to the IICRC.

OCT (Odor Control) will be held December 12th. Cost is $200.00 for 1 or $150.00 each for 2 or more from the same company. The IICRC exam fee is $80.00 and will be paid to the IICRC.

Ford F. Halter, industry icon, passed away early morning on March 2nd, 2022 at the age of 70 after a long series of health issues. He and his wife, Jayne, own and operate Midwest Cleaning Technologies in Mason, OH. Ford’s 50-year industry career began in 1972 when he started Time Maintenance Limited. Recognized for his eye in quality, innovation, and customer service, he became a major influencer in the industry by growing his successful service business, and later, by opening Midwest Cleaning Technologies to offer supplies, equipment, and training. During his career, he helped numerous individuals and companies find success in the cleaning and restoration industries. Ford was quick to put others’ needs and best interests before his own and was known as a leader and mentor to many he served. He is survived by his wife, Jayne, his son, Jacob, as well as numerous friends, staff, and customers. His wife, Jayne, will continue to operate Midwest and serve their customers. Per Ford’s request, an informal visitation and time of sharing & fellowship will be held at Midwest Cleaning Technologies on March 26th at 1 – 4pm at 4234 Mason Pointe Drive, Suite 300, Mason, OH 45040.
