👏🏻 That’s a wrap on the 2026 ice racing season. 🧊

🖐🏻 5 races in 5 weekends, on 3 different lakes. Wow. For not racing in years, this was an amazing return.

🏁 Thank You once again to AMEC for having us all season. The entire club was so thankful and welcoming to us!

📆 Now it’s training season! A couple different training sessions coming up soon.

🏎️ The racing season is around the corner and is starting for a few of us next week.

☝🏼 One more ice racing day for the season!

🧊 Beautiful day to return to Lake Algonquin in Wells. There’s a lot of ice under us and a lot of cars in the pits!

🧊 Ice racing has begun for the weekend on Lake Luzerne under the Lake George Winter carnival banner.

🇺🇸 The crew is here for the duration, Saturday and Sunday.

🤝 What a great welcome by the Town of Lake Luzerne as well as the town supervisor. Thank you again to AMEC for prioritizing safety for the club and having us be a part of your events!

As the race season is ending, and you are starting to take your cars apart to rebuild and maintain this winter, please do not forget to check your Fire Bottle! They are mandated by SFI 17.1 to be replaced every 6 years. Please see the graphic here for instructions on finding your Date of Manufacture.

Now is the best time to send these into us so we can work on them and get them back to you as you are reassembling the car for 2026.

We do not encourage waiting until the spring (like so many of you do 😁) as you will be very disappointed if we can not turn around your replacement as fast as you like as everyone seems to wait until the last minute all the time.

Contact either store for more information or assistance if you are unsure if your system has to be replaced.
