There may be others who try to do what we do, but no one can deliver the superstar customer care you receive at Post All. Our staff prides itself on our expertise and understanding of the package transportation network—we know all the rules and tricks that allow us to guide you on the best way to pack and ship your important documents and special items.
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Store Clerk or Assistant Manager who is available in the mornings during the week and Saturdays. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, basic computer and internet skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn the different aspects of the business.
Job Duties or Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
· Takes ownership of the customer’s shipping needs and offers viable solutions
· Answer incoming customer inquiries
· Record customer information within our database
· Eligible to become a Rhode Island Notary Public and notarize documents as needed
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
· Maintains a clean, organized and safe working environment
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to stand several hours at a time and able to lift 40+ lbs.
· Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
· Willing and able to work 30-40 hours/week, must have open availability from 7:45am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:45am-4:00pm on Saturday
