With recent utility rate increases and additional increases already on the books for the coming years, it's still an excellent time to explore solar. In response to the end of the federal tax credit, NYSERDA has introduced new incentives that provide immediate savings while locking in your long-term electricity costs. These programs can allow you to go solar without taking out a loan or affecting your credit. In addition, New York State continues to offer up to $5,000 in state income tax credits for eligible home owners who install solar. We also use American-made products, which may qualify for additional savings through Domestic Content incentives.
