🧡 Safety is always on the job site, and so is a little fun.

This past week, members of the Power Ray team completed on-site CPR & First Aid certification. Training covered adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and emergency response, skills we hope our crew never needs, but are proud they have.
We invest in our people. On the tools, in the field, and yes, in the classroom with a mannequin named "Baby." 😄

This week, Kaleb LeBaron, Taylor Stubbs, and Joseph Parson made the trip to Arizona for a meeting and live demonstration with GameChange Solar. The focus was their racking systems, and the efficiency, ingenuity, and ease of installation left a real impression.

Did you know that some industry experts are projecting the industry will need 30 to 50 additional EPC crews in a very short time frame just to keep up with demand?

Utility-scale solar is booming and the biggest challenge right now isn't funding or technology. It's finding qualified crews who can build at scale.

We had such a great time connecting with incredible people at SolarPLUS USA in Dallas this week! Our team was on the floor as exhibitor partners and the energy in that room was something else.

We just have to brag on these three for a second.

Monica Lebaron, Odalyss Tijerina, and Lizette Trevino -- you are the heartbeat of safety on this project, and we could not be more proud to have you on the Power Ray team.

Every day you show up, pay attention, look out for your crews, and make sure everyone goes home to their families. That kind of dedication means everything to us. Safety is personal here, and you three prove that every single day.
