26 states and counting. ☀️

Utility-scale solar development is happening all over the country, and Power Ray has built the infrastructure to go where the work is.

Multi-state deployment, in-house crews, and the same standard of ex*****on whether we're in Texas or across the country. That's not something most subs can say.

We're hiring a General Laborer/Carpenter, and this role touches just about every part of how a utility-scale solar project gets built. 👷

This position is responsible for general site labor and carpentry tasks including concrete formwork, temporary structures, equipment pads, and site improvements, as well as supporting civil, mechanical, and installation crews with materials handling, site preparation, and project cleanup.

If you're a hard worker who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to be part of a crew that holds a high standard on every project, we want to hear from you.

50 megawatts. 125,000+ solar modules. Ross County, Ohio.

The Salt City Solar facility is a good example of the kind of large-scale work Power Ray crews are built for. Hundreds of acres, a lot of moving parts, and the kind of schedule pressure that comes with any project this size.

Our teams supported construction across the site and helped bring the facility online for the regional grid. We're proud of the work and the crew that delivered it. ⚡

The Hawtree Creek Solar facility in North Carolina generates approximately 85 megawatts of renewable energy, and we're proud to have been part of building it. ☀️

Our crews supported racking, module installation, and pile remediation across the site. The project was later recognized by the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association as Sustainable Energy Project of the Year.

That kind of recognition means a lot, and it reflects the work every person on that job put in.

Top 30 U.S. Solar Contractor two years running. ⚡

We don't take that lightly. It represents every crew member who showed up in tough conditions, adapted when the site threw something unexpected, and finished what they started. Proud of this team and what we've built together.

A lot of subs are great at starting a project. Fewer are great at finishing one.

Closeout is where accountability shows up or it doesn't. Loose ends, incomplete documentation, and punch list items that drag on for weeks are all signs of a team that was focused on getting off the site rather than finishing the job right.

Power Ray stays accountable through completion.

Clean closeouts, clear communication, and no messes left behind for the EPC to sort out after we're gone. That's what finishing strong means to us. ⚡

When you're managing a utility-scale solar project, you can't afford a sub who creates noise, disappears when it gets hard, or forces you to manage two separate teams for mechanical and electrical scope.

That's the problem Power Ray was built to solve. We self-perform both scopes under one accountable team. Our crews mobilize fast, communicate clearly, and adapt when conditions change. We've executed across 26 or more states, earned Top 30 U.S. Solar Contractor recognition two years running, and built our reputation on one principle: we stand up for what's right on every job.

We're not a labor vendor. We're your performance partner. If you've got a project coming up, request a bid at powerrayllc.com. ⚡

Here's an honest look at how a lot of our conversations start.

An EPC is managing a utility-scale project that's already under pressure.

Maybe the original sub walked off. Maybe the schedule slipped and crews need to scale fast. Maybe quality or safety started sliding and someone finally decided to make a change. That's usually when we get the call.

We don't show up to assess from the sidelines. We get clear on what's happening, communicate a plan, and get our crews moving.

We've done it in the middle of winter. We've done it after pile refusal across 80 percent of a site. We've done it when the timeline was already slipping and there wasn't much room left to work with.

Construction problems don't have to derail a project, and with the right partner in place, they usually don't. 💪

If you're heading into a project that needs that kind of team behind it, we'd love to connect.

The Bethel Solar project in New York was built on a former landfill and retired sand mine. That's not a typical starting point, and it required a different kind of attention in the field.

Our crews handled pile installation, racking assembly, module installation, and pile remediation while navigating the unique conditions that come with building on reclaimed land. More than 9,500 solar modules now sit on a site that wasn't being used for much before.

There's something satisfying about that kind of project. ☀️
