A great big thank-you to Transwestern and tenants at One Community Centre for holding a dress drive on our behalf! We rely on those formalwear donations to keep helping local girls (and their families) by providing prom dresses free-of-charge.

DO NOT plug any type of space heater into a power strip. These devices are not designed to handle the energy load of a space heater and can overheat causing a fire hazard. ⚠️🔥

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: INTERSECTION CLOSURE OF MARIENFIELD ST. AND MICHIGAN AVE.

The intersection of Marienfield St. and Michigan Ave. will be closed starting June 12, 2023 for utility improvements. The contractor will start at the intersection, moving west until reaching A St. The project is expected to take approximately four months.

Local business and residential access will be maintained at all times from either side of the closure.

Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes.
