Lin, our customer service representative, called one of our customers this morning to make sure the service we performed was to their satisfaction. The customer said he was very impressed with David’s knowledge and helpfulness with all of the calls he had helped him with. He was also grateful for our service and the speed that we could get to him. He said that he had asked David if we did phones, and when he replied that we did….he made the decision to pay to get out of his contract with another company in Odessa that would not service like we do, to go with Midessa phones. Way to go David!
David is one of our outstanding technicians that Midessa is fortunate to have.
