After years of supporting families overnight as both an RN and postpartum doula, I’ve shifted my work to focus on daytime support—helping you feel more confident, supported, and steady once you’re home.

I now offer:
✨ Coming Home Visits (one time session)
✨ Newborn Transition Support (4–6 weeks)

This is hands-on, real-life support—feeding guidance, newborn care, reassurance, and helping you find your rhythm.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I want to give some encouragement and hopefully take some pressure off of new parents with this advice…..please lower your expectations of your newborn baby.😅

Your baby is brand spanking NEW to this world and it’s very foreign to them. There will be smooth days and challenging days and that is completely expected. Setting expectations too high can bring frustration and disappointment to new parents, and can make things more stressful.

Just know that you’re doing a great job and so is your baby!

Happy Tuesday, everyone!☀️Wanted to share an update regarding my availability moving forward:

After many years of overnight work as both an RN and a postpartum doula, beginning in June 2026, I will be transitioning from routine overnight shifts and will no longer be accepting ongoing overnight postpartum assignments. This will allow me to focus on daytime postpartum support/recovery, education, feeding guidance and newborn care.

I will have the opportunity to facilitate confidence building, reassurance and empowering families to be able to manage overnights more efficiently.

This support will be invaluable…as you will have an advanced postpartum professional with RN level experience/background by your side….focusing on recovery, education and newborn care.
