👋Meet Gregory Pavliv of R1 RCM, a member at Gather Midlothian. Gregory is an educational neuroscientist working at the intersection of human learning, AI enablement, and organizational change. As a Director at R1 RCM, he leads international operations, learning, and capability, with a particular interest in how people think, adapt, and perform as technology and work evolve. He approaches problems like an investigator, looking past the obvious symptom to understand the human, cognitive, and systems factors underneath. By his own description, he's "terribly curious" and happiest when a good conversation turns into a new idea, a better question, or an interesting problem to solve.
So it's no surprise that his favorite part of Gather is the people. "Gather somehow captures the best part of an office without requiring any of us to work for the same company," Gregory says. He loves seeing familiar faces, meeting interesting new people, and having the kind of spontaneous conversations that turn strangers into friends, ideas into better ideas, and an ordinary workday into something much more interesting
