CLLA completed the first rock salt finish pour on the project, and we’re glad to hear the client and their engineers were pleased with the results.

Did you know? 💡

Concrete doesn’t reach its full design strength the day it’s poured.

While it begins to harden within hours, it continues curing and gaining strength over time. That’s one of the reasons proper preparation and curing are so important to long-term performance.

Getting it right starts long before the concrete is ready for traffic. 👊

Our 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 project in Richardson is in its final stages! We’re delivering both on-site paving and public roadway improvements to support this growing development. From streets and parking areas to sidewalks, accessibility features, and a new public turn lane, this project required coordination across multiple scopes to keep everything moving forward.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:

⚒️ 𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴
▸ 65,000 sqft of 6" street paving
▸ 11,610 sqft of 5" parking lot paving
▸ 125 tons of hydrated lime stabilization
▸ 5,250 LF of sidewalk
▸ Four (4) barrier-free ramps
▸ Pavement striping and street signage

⚒️ 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲
▸ 225 LF of curb removal
▸ 1,500 SY of 8" street paving
▸ 200 SF of median paving
▸ Traffic control and pavement striping
