Before any concrete is poured on a large development project, thousands of feet of forms and rebar have already been put in place.

Forms establish the layout, elevation, and shape of the pavement, while rebar provides the strength needed to help concrete handle heavy loads and resist cracking over time.

We recently completed work at the historic Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, Texas — a venue that’s been part of Texas music history since 1950. From its roots as Bob Wills’ Ranch House to becoming one of Dallas’ most iconic performance venues, it’s a project with plenty of legacy behind it. Proud to play a role in work at a place with that kind of history.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:

✅ 3,957 SF of 5" concrete slab over 4" cushion sand
✅ 323 LF of 1' wide x 5' deep grade beam excavation/prep
✅ 571 LF of interior grade beam installation
✅ Six (6) F1 structural footings
✅ Four (4) F2 structural footings
✅ 124 SF of 5" electrical room concrete slab
✅ Two (2) concrete stair sets
✅ One (1) ADA-compliant handicap ramp with retaining walls
✅ 1,355 SF of 7" heavy-duty concrete truck parking stalls

From structural concrete and foundational work to accessibility features and heavy-duty paving, this project required precision and coordination across multiple components. Great work by the CLLA Group crew helping support the continued legacy of an iconic Dallas landmark. 👊

Fantastic team!

We recently completed a Turn Lane project in Stephenville, Texas, focused on improving traffic flow, safety, and overall roadway function. This project required coordination across paving, striping, and traffic control to bring everything together the right way.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:
✅ Removal of existing curb, driveway, and striping
✅ Relocation of roadway signage
✅ Installation of new asphalt turn lane with flex base
✅ Pavement striping, thermoplastic markings, and RPMs
✅ Traffic control throughout construction

From the initial sawcut to final striping, this project took coordination and attention to detail to deliver a clean, functional result. Proud of the CLLA Group crew for getting it done right. 👊
