NIADA will be hosting a three part compliance webinar series starting next Tuesday with FTC Consumer Protection Bureau Director, Chris Mufarrige, who will address webinar attendees directly.

The webinar will also cover the FTC’s Safeguards Rule, under which auto dealers must develop and implement a plan to protect customer information from breaches and unauthorized access.
