How do you retain good employees? Start with what matters to them.
With 100 employees counting on you, “there’s nothing we can do” isn’t much of a benefits strategy.
You want your accountant and insurance broker to listen, understand the problem, and bring you options. Employees want to feel heard, too. A good place to start is asking what makes it harder for them to stay, then looking at what you can address.
