Who we are looking for: Graphic Specialist - Designer - Installer - Screen Printer
We are seeking team members that are highly motivated and skilled that will add value to our mission and purpose in serving our customers, community, and nation. The best team member will have extensive experience with applying vinyl graphics, screen printing as well as graphic design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flexi Sign. Experience is required and key to our success.

Required Skills:
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Experience with Flexi Sign
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Strong knowledge of Photoshop
Vinyl graphic installation
Banner hemming and adding grommets
Screen printing textile garments
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Physical strength is required to handle materials
Train, assist, and mentor apprentices, as well as managing other employees
Detect improper operation, faulty equipment, and defective materials
Fill out appropriate paperwork, travelers, work orders, and non-conforming documents
Follow safety and operation procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area
Analyze shop procedures and processes to increase manufacturing efficiency and quality control
Check and maintain equipment daily, set up machines for production
Favorable if you have:
College Degree
5 Years of experience or more
Experience in Sales
Experience installing vinyl wraps
