We’re back to a project in Castalia today that we first started a few months ago… and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉

This wonderful client wasn’t in a rush. Their goal was simple: create a garage that’s fully functional, beautifully organized, and works for the way they live.

And when we say it’s a BIG garage… we mean BIG. 😅

These are the kinds of projects we love. Taking the time to create systems that aren’t just organized for today, but are practical and sustainable for years to come.

✨ Sometimes the best client stories start in the most unexpected ways…

A few months ago, we were working in Huron when a woman spotted our bright pink trailer on the road. Instead of letting us disappear into traffic, she followed behind us long enough to track down our information and get in touch. 😂💖

And honestly? We’re so glad she did.

A couple of weeks ago, we had the privilege of helping her prepare for a kitchen remodel. Before a single cabinet came down, our team carefully sorted every cabinet, drawer, and item in the kitchen into categories, creating organized keep, donate, and sell piles so nothing would be lost in the chaos of renovation.

Fast forward to this week… her beautiful new kitchen was ready, and we had the honor of helping put it all back together.

But this time, it wasn’t just about putting things away. It was about creating systems that make everyday life easier. Every cabinet was thoughtfully organized, every item given a home, and every space designed to function better for the way she actually lives.

There is something so rewarding about watching a space go from overwhelming and transitional to peaceful, functional, and ready for a fresh chapter. 💖

🚨 WE FINALLY HAVE DATES! 🚨

After approximately months and months of sorting, pricing, organizing, researching, cleaning, moving things, uncovering hidden treasures, and answering “When’s the sale?” 109 times a week…

WE FINALLY HAVE A DATE. 😂

Trust us, nobody wanted this sale announced more than we did.

Every time we thought we were close, we’d open another cabinet, another closet, another tote, another drawer, or another section of the barn and discover enough inventory for an entirely new estate sale. 😅

But the wait is over!

💙 Happy Father’s Day from Roesch Refresh 💙

Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate all of the incredible fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, father figures, and dads-to-be who make a difference every single day.

To the dads who work long hours, fix what’s broken, carry the heavy things, show up when it matters most, and love their families through every season ✨ Thank you! ✨

A special Happy Father’s Day to my husband, who continually shows our children what hard work, integrity, love, and dedication look like. Watching him be a father is one of life’s greatest gifts, and I’m so grateful for the example he sets every day.

As we work in homes throughout our community, we see firsthand the impact fathers have on the stories held within those walls, the memories made, the lessons taught, and the love that helps make a house feel like home.

The LEGO sorting continues… and at this point, we may never look at a tiny plastic piece the same way again. 😂

This week, Courtney, Maddie, and I spent another day working through this massive LEGO collector’s estate—sorting, researching, rebuilding, and verifying retired sets so they can be sold for the value they’re truly worth.

And when I say we’re checking every piece, I mean every piece.

👓 That tiny pair of glasses that disappeared years ago? Found.

🔑 A golden key the size of a pea? Found.

🧙‍♂️ A random accessory buried in a bin of thousands of pieces that only belongs to one specific minifigure? Found.

At this point, I’m convinced we’ve developed a superpower for spotting LEGO parts from across the room. 😂

What many people don’t realize is that the difference between a complete retired set and an incomplete one can mean hundreds of dollars in value. That’s why we’re taking the time to inventory every brick, accessory, minifigure, manual, and specialty piece—to ensure our client receives the maximum return possible from their collection.

It’s tedious work.

It’s detailed work.

And some days, I swear we dream in LEGO colors.

But watching these incredible retired sets come back together piece by piece makes every hour worth it.

One brick at a time.
One set at a time.

These three absolutely knocked it out of the park yesterday. 💖

Aubrey and Courtney tackled their very first organizing project, and what a way to start. They jumped right in, worked hard, stayed positive, and helped transform a basement that felt overwhelming into a space with purpose again.

And Maddie… what can I say? She did an incredible job leading the project, directing the team, keeping everything moving, and somehow still managing to haul countless heavy items up and down those stairs all day long. 💪

Organization work isn’t always glamorous. It’s sweat, dust, heavy lifting, problem-solving, and a whole lot of teamwork. Yesterday these three showed exactly what the Roesch Refresh mission is all about working hard, supporting one another, and helping create peace where there was once overwhelm.

Ladies, I am so proud of each of you. Thank you for showing up, giving it your all, and representing Roesch Refresh so well.

Y’all are rockstars. ⭐️
