💖 A Little Update From Chelsea Owner of Roesch Refresh 💖

I wanted to take a moment to personally check in with everyone.

Many of you know that I recently had emergency surgery. While the surgery itself went well, I’ve unfortunately had a few additional health concerns arise during recovery that have required more rest, appointments, and another ER visit this past weekend.

As much as I love what I do and as much as I want to be everywhere helping everyone, I’m learning that healing has to come first right now.

If you’ve submitted an intake form, sent a message, called, or are waiting on scheduling, please know that you have not been forgotten. I am working through calls, messages, estimates, and scheduling as quickly as I can while also giving my body the time it needs to recover properly.

Roesch Refresh is still moving forward, projects are still being scheduled, and our team is continuing to serve clients, but I do ask for a little extra patience and grace as I work to get caught back up.

This business has grown because of the incredible people who trust us with their homes, their stories, and often some of the most overwhelming seasons of life. I never take that trust for granted, and I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and your support during this season. I’m looking forward to getting back to full speed soon, but for now I’m focusing on healing so I can continue serving all of you well for years to come. 💖

One thing this season of life has been teaching me lately is that sometimes even the people who are used to carrying everything…hit a point where they simply can’t carry it all alone anymore.

After my recent surgery, I’ve been trying to navigate healing while also continuing to run a business, manage schedules, prepare projects, support clients, be present for my family, and somehow still keep all the moving pieces moving. Truthfully, it’s been humbling.

Because of that, one realization I’ve had lately is that Roesch Refresh has officially reached the point where we simply need more hands and more bodies to continue growing the way we are growing.

With our current workload and the amount of large projects and estates we are managing behind the scenes, we have made the difficult decision to push back one of our upcoming planned estate sales from the originally expected date. As much as we want to do everything immediately, we also want to do it right, with the care, organization, and attention our clients deserve.

Running a business is constantly figuring things out in real time. Adjusting. Reworking plans. Learning where your limits are. Realizing growth sometimes comes with uncomfortable but necessary changes.

I think people often see the finished result — the beautiful transformations, the packed estate sales, the organized spaces, the smiling photos — but behind every one of those moments are long days, exhausted nights, sacrifices, physical labor, problem solving, and people trying their best to hold it all together.

So here’s to figuring it out.
Here’s to growth seasons that stretch you.
Here’s to learning when it’s time to ask for help instead of trying to carry everything alone.

And most importantly, here’s to continuing to build something meaningful, one space, one family, and one story at a time. 🦋

☀️ Sundays in our home are for resetting.

This morning, before the sunshine and fresh air called our names, we spent a couple hours picking up, putting things away, vacuuming, and getting the house back in order for the week ahead. And honestly? I’m so proud of my babies for jumping in and helping make it happen. 💛

That’s the thing about creating peaceful spaces… it’s not about perfection. It’s about giving yourself a fresh start. A calmer Monday. A home that feels lighter walking into the new week.

Now the chores are done, the house feels reset, and the rest of today gets to be about sunshine, fresh air, and making memories together. 🌿

So here’s your little Sunday reminder from us:
Take a little time this morning to reset your space, then go enjoy the day. The sunshine, the laughter, the slow moments… those matter too. ☀️

An update from Chels with Roesch Refresh

First off, thank you. 💖 To everyone who has checked in, sent prayers, messages, calls, and love over the last few days…thank you from the bottom of my heart. I honestly don’t know if I even have the words for how much it’s meant to me and our family.

This week changed pace very quickly.

One minute I was doing what I always do, running from one responsibility to the next, working, managing life, taking care of everyone around me and the next I found myself in the hospital needing emergency surgery.

Thankfully surgery went well, but recovery has definitely been more difficult than I expected. The doctor explained that because I have very little body fat, healing may be a bit more painful and take longer, and I can definitely say I’m feeling that right now. Even walking around for short periods completely drains me for hours afterward.

Also…my belly button currently looks like someone rolled it up like a cinnamon roll and glued it into place 🤦‍♀️😂 so we’re just trusting the process over here.

But in the middle of all of this, we also had one very important moment this week…that no matter the pain I wouldn’t miss for the world

Our little Bear graduated preschool. 🥹

The day after surgery, Jarrett helped me get dressed, helped me do my hair, and slowly walked me inside so I could watch my little boy cross that stage. I was sore, exhausted, emotional, and moving slower than I ever have in my life, but there was nowhere else I would’ve wanted to be.

Watching your baby hit milestones somehow makes everything else pause for a moment.

I think the hardest part through all of this has honestly just been slowing down. Anyone who knows me knows I’m not good at sitting still. I’m used to constantly moving, constantly helping, constantly doing. So being forced to physically stop has been humbling in ways I didn’t expect.

Right now I’m just taking recovery day by day and trying to remind myself that healing is important too…even if this season of rest is driving me a little crazy already.

Also, to all of the new inquiries we’ve received this week and there have truly been handfuls of them please know we see you and appreciate you more than you know. We will slowly be getting back to everyone as I recover and get my footing back underneath me. Thank you all so much for your patience, grace, and understanding during this time

🦋 A Personal Update From Roesch Refresh 🦋

Yesterday reminded us very quickly how fragile life and health can be, even for the people who seem to constantly keep everything moving.

Yesterday afternoon, Chelsea began feeling unwell while working, but like she always does, she kept pushing through the day believing it was likely stress, exhaustion, or simple cramps. There were still loads to haul, projects to prepare for, schedules to manage, kids to pick up, and a business depending on her to keep going.

But while standing outside waiting to pick up her son Bear from school, the pain became so intense she could no longer stand up straight.

By 7pm, after finally agreeing with her husband that something truly was not right, Chelsea went to the ER where she was diagnosed with appendicitis requiring surgery.

Anyone who truly knows Chelsea knows Roesch Refresh is far more than a business to her. This company was built from heart, sacrifice, grit, long days, physical labor, and a deep passion for helping others through overwhelm, grief, transitions, and difficult seasons of life. She carries this business and the people within it….deeply.

Over the next several weeks, Chelsea will be recovering and under lifting restrictions following surgery. While our team will continue doing everything possible behind the scenes, some scheduling, communication, projects, and upcoming plans may need adjusted as she focuses on healing.

We simply ask for patience, prayers, and understanding during this unexpected season.

It may seem lately like all we’ve been doing is living knee deep in estate sale prep 😅… but behind the scenes, Team Roesch Refresh has also been transforming so many other spaces over the past month too. 💖

In between massive estate projects, we’ve:
✨ Completed a full garage transformation
✨ Began another large garage overhaul
✨ Organized several office spaces
✨ Reset kitchens to make them functional again
✨ Refreshed bedrooms that had become overwhelming and stressful for the families living in them
✨ And Organized an entire storage space

And this is only a sneak peak of the work we’ve completed over the past several weeks. Looking back, I’m honestly in awe at the work our team has accomplished… seeing these spaces come back to life in the middle of such a busy season has been really rewarding.

Because this work is about so much more than organizing “stuff.”
It’s about creating peace where there’s been overwhelm.
Helping families function better.
Giving people room to breathe again inside their homes.

Now that summer is approaching, garage season is officially HERE 🚗☀️
