People always act surprised as to where their garbage goes. All garbage collected by us including Rolloffs goes to Watertown. Watertown is considered the regional landfill for this area. We average 8 trips a day to Watertown. Fun fact most garbage trucks now days don't go over 62mph.

Monday please have your cans out Sunday night do to truck breakdowns we will be starting the residential route in town earlier than normal.

Monday please have your cans out Sunday night do to truck breakdowns we will be starting the residential route in town earlier than normal.

Commercial out of town Monday route notice: corona and the lake area will be moving to Tuesdays to accommodate growth. The Ortonville and Big Stone area will not change. So if you have a dumpster and it's not picked up Monday you are probably the changed to Tuesday. Residential cans are not affected unless called.

We would like you to meet Fred the dumpster. Fred doesn't have a home. Maybe he would be the perfect fit for you. He likes long rides on the back of trucks, spending time in an amazing area for an extended period or stopping by for a short visit. This is just a small sample of what we had dropped off this weekend in the plastic recycling. This is a farm water tank not recyclable, plants not recyclable, and barrels not recyclable. What this waste did cause was damage to our equipment. Although all the plastic containers were full over half was waste not recyclables. Please remember we take plastic #1 & 2, paper, cardboard, tin cans, and aluminum cans. Please let's work together so we can continue to offer this great service to the community before it's gone.

It's been an eventful couple of days at the shop. We are thankfully everyone walked away including our son/employee of the week, month, and year. Please have understanding if our portable restroom servicing is running behind as we are down a route truck. Deliveries and pickups will be done as we can get to them. We are working on a replacement and hope to be fully up and operating asap. Thank you for everyone's support of our small town business!!

Thank You to everyone that shared the previous post. No, the dog didn't pass the paper. But, the dumpster did get claimed and is going to it's weekend home. We can breathe easier now and get a more dog proof system. Have a great 4th of July and stay safe!!

We have a problem. Our dog literally ate a delivery note. If you live on the lake and ordered a 2yd dumpster or 4 cans for this weekend please reach out as our dog ate the delivery notes no joke! We have never missed a delivery but may for the first time!!! Please share! Thank you!!
