š¤Is your AI adoption stalling ā or is your workflow just not ready for it?
šSchneider Electric's CMO shared something at B2B Online last week that stopped me.
š100% of pilot users would recommend their AI tools to a colleague. Only 55% felt personally ready to use them daily.
Same tools. Same team. Completely different answers.
š®That gap isn't a technology problem. It's a workflow problem.
The tools were deployed. The habits weren't rebuilt around them.
šMost companies we talk to measure a rollout by what got installed. The harder measure is what actually changed in how people work every day.
Those are two different questions, and most implementations only answer the first one.
Before we talk tools with any client, we ask two things: what decision needs to improve, and whose daily habit has to change for that to happen? If you can't answer both, the rollout isn't ready.
ā”The real question isn't whether AI works. It's whether the workflow around it was rebuilt to make adoption the path of least resistance.
If your tools are in place but behavior hasn't changed, that's the gap worth looking at.
š·I'd be glad to talk through what we've seen work.
