• Call, screen, and qualify CDL driver applicants
• Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps
• Manage job postings and inbound leads
• Maintain pipeline and daily follow-ups
• Collect documents and support onboarding
• Communicate requirements clearly and professionally
📌 Requirements
• Strong English communication (phone + writing)
• Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Recruiting/sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
