Brian Judd, Owner, incorporates 10 plus years of Community Association Management as well as 20 years

of Customer Service expertise. Brian has worked with a variety of Community Associations over the years and is consistently able to meet their individual and group needs on an ongoing basis. Experience in both the Condominium and Homeowner Association fields allows us to effectively guide your Association to success. While other firms may manage all types of Associations we believe that our experience in these "Community Living" environments sets us apart.

Painting tip: If you want your blue painters tape to stick to textured walls push on it with an old tennis ball. The ball puts more pressure on the tape than you can with your fingers. Also that green "Frog" tape is pretty good for creating sharp paint lines on the wall.
