Well this past week in NW Indiana has been a taxidermist's nightmare with no power for 4 1/2 days. It took $40 a day in gas for generators to keep 5 freezers going, but I am happy to report that all birds and fish are still safe and sound. It was a good wake up call for being prepared - normally outages last less than a day, so it's no big deal. Unfortunately there are still folks who don't have power back yet, or sustained major property damage so it is definately a first world problem sort of thing.
In other news I am still continuing to get some mounts completed as time permits (and will be posting some new photos) but my wife's health remains my priority as our family supports her during her treatment.
