Did you know you are amazing! You are a sHero!

I would say we are good at seeing it in others but not ourselves.

I had a session with a client this week who is a coach and allowed her to see how amazing she is. To her it was "normal" to me I could see amazing.

I have been unable at times to accept complements and particularly my own. It is a muscle I have stretched and grown over time which builds self worth, self confidence and self esteem.

I was my sHero this morning! I got up and got to meditating and realized just a year ago I wasn’t able to quiet my mind enough to meditate. I am grateful today I can hear my emotions, thoughts and ideas.

I have 5 ways for you to be able to quiet your own mind to hear yourself.

Take 3 deep breaths.

Let whatever is in your mind to just float by.

Ask yourself 3 things you are grateful for right now.

Write down 3 issues/items that need to be done.

Start on the most important of the 3 issues/items.

Know that a sHero is an amazing person doing the work even when there is anxiety, fear or doubt.

Accept the sHero that you are today! Move into Action.

Saw this analogy and it made so much sense, so I’m sharing it with you! A bottle of water at Costco is $0.25. The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50. The same bottle in a bar costs $2. In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3. At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5. The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product. When you feel like you are not worth much and everyone around you belittles you, change places. Do not stay there. Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth. Don't settle for less. You are worthy!
