Thank you to everyone for being patient. Storm damage calls are still coming in, along with preventative maintenance calls (because the ice storm was a reminder how important that is) as well as routine work estimate requests. We are triaging situations based on risk of damage., storm related, then preventative and routine work.
If you would like an estimate, filling out our online request form is the most efficient option! This provides us with all the information we need to setup an estimate appointment.
The phone has been ringing so much, it's been a little challenging to get a call out or to end one call to answer another. Please know, if you've called or filled out an estimate request online in the past few days, and have not heard back from us yet, you will hear back in the next few days.
We are doing everything possible to make sure we are getting to everyone as quickly as possible.
If you are on our list for stump grinding or the month of April routine work will resume as soon as we have the storm work underway, but there will be some delay.
