I’m answering some emails today, it’s been a busy few months so I’m just now getting around to everyone. Yes, Iam opening two spots in mid July but only for biweekly cleans. First to reach out will fill the spots and yes they go quickly. No holds!!!! To fill everyone in, I don’t ask for much but I do run a tight ship. I do not charge by the hour, what takes 4hours the first time could only take 2 the second time so therefore, your standard price is set. If you are 40 minutes away from me it’s an extra 25.00 for the distance. I do not charge for gas or supplies, I furnish that, your charge is strictly for the job. Now, I do housecleaning which is basic unless specified and deep cleans are a different matter. I do not do dishes, laundry, trash, or beds unless I make an exception for the ones that need it. My motto is, if I can’t see it I can’t clean it. Kitchen sinks must be empty, counters cleared, I ask that all rugs other than runners be picked up as I’m not responsible for rug damage, if my vacuum can’t pick it up then it should be picked up before I arrive. I do ask in the summer to please have air running during your cleaning. It’s my job to clean and your job to maintain. Simple rules. If you’re only wanting a one time clean, please let me know that when I speak to you. I do move in and move outs, as well as deep cleans but they must be scheduled ahead of time as I do stay wide open. If you have pets, please pick up toys, pads ect… before I arrive, I do not clean after pets in any way sorry..
