We joined friends and supporters who have been working tirelessly for decades to bring the dream of a Utah residency for artists and writers to life. The evening included a magical performance by 3hattrio.

President Dave Driggs is out celebrating Mining History at Park City’s Miners Day Parade!

What a great day at the Miners Day Parade in Park City! Friends of Ski Mountain Mining History celebrated the opening of the Park City Historic Mine Route, a new route for hikers and bikers to explore Park City’s rich mining history.
We were thrilled to have such a great showing at the parade and to celebrate alongside the people who have worked so hard to preserve this important part of Park City’s story.

The Miners Day Parade is an annual Park City tradition hosted by and benefiting the Park City Rotary. And before the parade begins, there’s the famous Running of the Balls, when thousands of golf balls are released down Main Street!

It was a wonderful day celebrating history, preservation, community, and the people working to keep Park City’s mining story alive.
