Dumbbell Shoulder Press

A fantastic exercise for building upper body strength and improving everyday functional movement ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ‘‰ How to do it:
1๏ธโƒฃ Hold dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing forward
2๏ธโƒฃ Stand or sit tall with your core engaged
3๏ธโƒฃ Press the weights overhead until arms are extended
4๏ธโƒฃ Slowly lower back to shoulder height
5๏ธโƒฃ Repeat with control

Cat-Cow Stretch

This gentle movement is amazing for improving mobility and relieving tension in the back and shoulders ๐Ÿ’›

Perfect for first thing in the morning or after sitting for long periods ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ‘‰ How to do it:

1๏ธโƒฃ Start on your hands and knees
2๏ธโƒฃ Inhale and gently arch your back while lifting your chest and gaze (โ€œCowโ€)
3๏ธโƒฃ Exhale and round your spine while tucking your chin (โ€œCatโ€)
4๏ธโƒฃ Slowly flow back and forth for 30โ€“60 seconds
