Every 6 months, among our many calls and emails, I make it a point to meet in-person to do a deep dive in my Mentees/Coaching Clients’ flipping businesses.

So much changes throughout the year including our time, money, focus, the market, and other resources.

After meeting with Ethan Troy and Darien White, we re-arranged their focus for lead generation to include 30 offers on-MLS a week and more.
