Network maintenance tonight

We are doing some planned maintenance on the Premier Fiber network late tonight.

You may see a brief interruption to your service while we work, and you may not notice anything at all. If it does drop, it is planned work rather than a fault, so there is no need to unplug or reset anything at your house.

We do not expect it to take long. Thanks for your patience.

⚠️ Service Alert — Downtown Memphis

We're currently experiencing an outage affecting service at Gayoso, Pembroke, 50 Peabody, Claridge, Nettleton, and Adler.

Our fiber going into our downtown data center has been cut. Our vendor has crews on site performing emergency repairs right now.

Estimated restoration is by 2 PM today, though repairs often finish sooner. This is a physical fiber cut — nothing to troubleshoot on your end.

We apologize for the interruption and will post an update here as soon as service is restored. Thank you for your patience! 🙏

Service Update: Our main facility is currently on backup power due to a local power outage. Your internet service is not affected and remains fully online. Our team is monitoring the situation and we’ll post an update once utility power is restored.

Network Service Restored

We experienced a network disruption that lasted approximately 30 mins earlier this evening around 7:30 PM that was caused by a hardware issue at one of our data center routing points, which resulted in intermittent routing instability across portions of our network.
Our engineering team identified the issue, completed corrective actions, and services have now been restored. We are continuing to monitor the network closely to ensure stability.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
If you are still experiencing any connectivity problems, please contact our support team.

Thank you,
Premier Fiber Support
