11AM a contractor for Xfinity/Comcast damaged our service line in Waverly Subdivision on North Bay and Northland. We have a crew enroute to repair it as soon as possible.

Network Service Restored

We experienced a network disruption that lasted approximately 30 mins earlier this evening around 7:30 PM that was caused by a hardware issue at one of our data center routing points, which resulted in intermittent routing instability across portions of our network.
Our engineering team identified the issue, completed corrective actions, and services have now been restored. We are continuing to monitor the network closely to ensure stability.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Premier Fiber started experiencing some intermittent outages for some areas over the last half our. Our network team is working to locate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for this inconvenience.

We are currently experiencing service disruptions in parts of Millington, TN due to a power outage caused by a utility pole being struck earlier today.
While this issue is with the local power infrastructure, it is impacting our network in the affected areas. Power crews are working to restore service, and we will continue monitoring the situation on our end.

Network Incident Update

We wanted to provide an update regarding yesterday’s network event.

The issue began at approximately 6:00 PM, with full service restoration achieved by 6:53 PM. A subsequent performance issue impacting speeds during traffic failover was identified and fully resolved by 9:40 PM.

At this time, all services are operating normally, and customers are not experiencing any service interruptions or performance issues.

Our team remains on-site near Covington Pike and Stage Road working to repair the damaged fiber infrastructure. This work will restore full network redundancy once completed.

Additionally, a permanent solution has been implemented to ensure consistent performance during any future traffic failover scenarios.

We are continuing to monitor the network closely and will provide updates as progress continues.

Earlier today, a fiber line was damaged near Covington Pike and Stage Road, impacting one segment of our network ring. Traffic was automatically rerouted, and a routing issue encountered during failover has since been resolved.
All services have been restored. We are continuing to monitor the network as traffic stabilizes, and some customers may notice minor performance variability.
We appreciate your patience and are taking steps to further strengthen network resilience.
