A. To develop a community recycling service that is appropriate to our unique rural region, motivated by environmental ideals. To assist local governments in the establishment, development, and maintenance if their recycling programs. C. To sustain a sound non-profit organization that will enhance the community’s ability to reduce and recycle and to educate the community about the needs and benefits of reducing and recycling otherwise waste materials. D. To encourage schools to teach and to practice the skills and ethics of recycling and resource and energy conservation. E. To undertake research and provide consultation about recycling and waste reduction. F. To contribute to community economic development by advocating and pursuing high levels of recycling and other waste avoidance practices.
