Still looking for Nominee Directors for our overseas partners. This is a very passive role with almost no time commitment. Description:

I have a client that is looking to add a few Nominee Directors for their overseas business partners. In order for these businesses to meet Visa and Mastercard guidelines a US citizen is required to serve on a board of directors within these companies.
The pay is 750/month plus referral bonuses for around 1 to 2 hours of work per MONTH consisting of sitting on a company board and potentially attending one monthly meeting. YOU WILL BE PAID EVERY MONTH WHETHER THERE'S A MEETING OR NOT.

What is a NomineeDirector?

A nominee director is a person who is appointed to a board of directors by another person or entity to act on their behalf.

How does it work?

My client does this by partnering with citizens in the US to serve as a Nominee Directors for their partners. They manage the entire process and handle all paperwork including LLC, INC and LTD corporations, assuring all compliance items are met.

Why do companies need nominee directors?

To comply with the local legal requirements by having a resident director in the USA

How much does a nominee director get paid?

$750 per month plus referral bonuses

How do I get paid?

You get paid on the 15th of every month via direct deposit.

How long does this partnership last?

Average time is 12 months. Can vary between 5-36 months.

What are tax implications?

All tax items are completed for you with no expense to you. Your only tax exposure will be the for the months you received the $600.

Are there any expenses?

No. There are no fees or any expenses to start. Nor are there any ongoing expenses.
