Our first release of Sauvignon Blanc is a Summer stunner. The good folks grew a spectacular crop this past harvest, and the wine sings!

It’s packed with juicy citrus notes (think Ruby Red grapefruit), mouth watering acidity, and a soft finish that begs the palate for another sip. Only 70 cases were produced and it’s moving fast.

Head out to our garden and grab a glass!

For this day only we will close at 6pm.

We’re excited to bring summer Jazz Sundays back every last Sunday of the month (excluding July), so mark your calendars!

Come have a pour of “Tasmania”, our Australian pub ale. Crisp, light malty cereal note, and highly drinkable at 4.5%. Inspired by drinking heaps of beer on a recent trip to Tasmania, Chris developed a beer to bring that flavor home to CDF. Not only was the beer superb, so were the conversations with all the wonderful Aussies 🇦🇺 he met along the way.

What’s pouring at CDF?

We’ve got a fresh lineup of beers on tap to kickstart your May.

Juicy IPA 6.5% - Our tried and true hazy style IPA full of hoppy, fruity, tropical flavors from the use of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot, and El Dorado hops.

West Coast Pale 6.8% - A balance of malt and hops, with old school citrusy, dank, and resinous hop flavors from the addition of Chinook, Amarillo, and Strata hops.

Mr. Miyagi Rice Lager 5.3% - Using a hefty amount of fresh steamed Jasmine rice along with barley adds unique spice aromas, creamy textures, and a pillowy soft mouthfeel. Lightly hopped, rice forward, not a Pilsner 👏🏻.

Tasmania Australian Pub Ale 4.5% - Crisp, lightly malty, dry, and simple. A beer you can have a few of and journey on down the path. In Australia, the beer flows as the conversation goes. Cheers mate, no worries, and good on ya 🍻.
