‼️THIS IS WHY YOU DON’T IGNORE THE LITTLE THINGS‼️

This is a great example of why paying attention to the little things on your equipment matters!

On this pulley, the spring pin broke, allowing the pulley to move back and forth on the shaft instead of staying properly secured. That constant movement eventually wore the pulley out. You can clearly see the difference between the worn pulley and the good one.

What started as a small pin failure turned into a worn out pulley and a much bigger repair. This is exactly why catching problems early can save you time, money, and unnecessary damage.

If your mower, lawn tractor, or small engine starts making a new noise, vibrating, slipping, or simply doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore it. A small problem can quickly cause damage to a much more expensive component.
