This is one special couple. They are wise beyond words, huge cheerleaders for my daughter, rocks in our church, and . I can only hope my husband and I still look at each other this way ten years from now...and that my skin looks half as good as the beautiful woman's does!

One of the many things I love about my job? It hardly feels like work. I basically show up to beautiful spots I didn't even know existed, meet the nicest families, and hang out with them for a bit, helping capture some fun moments in time. I'm pretty lucky!

It's been super quiet over here in my little corner of the internet, but not for a lack of beautiful pictures to share with you. Does anyone else find it nearly impossible to spend even a second more than they have to indoors during the summer? My fear of missing out is at its peak when the days are long and sunny and warm!

You know, I don't really have much use for snow in my life. Especially in October. But, it does come with a few silver linings. Including the rare opportunity to hold snowy day family sessions. So much fun I didn't even feel the cold!

I love the fact that so many of my clients come back year after year. And I'm extra lucky to call so many of them friends. But boy do I feel the years racing by when I look at a picture like this one and SWEAR it was just last week I was taking his newborn photos. So grateful that my job lets me stop the clock, ever so briefly, to document these little faces before they are all grown up!
